King of Fighters Redux: Billy

Part of my KOF Redux series.

Billy Kane from Fatal Fury and KOF. Billy was such a pain in the ass to fight in the original fatal fury, but he was still a pretty cool and unique character. When everyone else was doing Ken and Ryu clones SNK busted out the Staff master from England as a sub boss, pretty unique if you ask me.

I didn't really have any predefined goals for the REDUX, Billy is a pretty well defined character, but SNK always just throws on a short jacket and jeans and calls it a day. So I just wanted to make the rest of his outfit (other than the bandana) more unique just for his character.
