Malin from King of Fighters.
I don't really know to much about Malin, other than she has ties to Athena and Hinako. She has somewhat of a mysterious past and she only started appearing a couple of games ago, so I guess SNK hasn't gotten around to fleshing her story out more. She does look pretty cool though, her design always reminded me of a techno pirate hehe. She has all sorts of hidden deadly weapons and a passion for beating down the Kyokugenryu Team. I can't really call her REDUX a complete redesign because it was more of an outfit update than anything else.
