Part of my KOF Redux series.
Rock Howard from KOF and Garou. I went through a couple of clothing color variations before I ended up on what you see here. He actually looked completely different last night but I swapped all of his colors to match his fathers Judo Gi, I thought that was pretty cool idea, you know the whole like father like son deal  .I also almost did not put the wings on, I know crazy right! But I am glad I took a couple of extra hours and added them, they really add a lot to the character. This picture actually gave me a lot of trouble while creating it. First of all the pencils were never intended to be used for this series. I had drawn half of his body off the cuff at my bro's pad and had already gone off the page on a 11x17 board. So I had to actually tape two boards together to finish the bottom half (which was a pain to draw on). Lesson learned I guess. KOF REDUX Series: Shingo Yabuki Mai Shiranui Blue Mary K’ Vice |
